This Monday, I had the great privilege of being present at the UrbanPromise Academy graduation. Two of our students graduated and were honored for their great achievement in graduating high school. In the room were many of their family, friends, teachers, tutors, and mentors who have had both small and monumental contributions to help these young men through high school. I have seen no other clearer evidence than what I witnessed during the graduation ceremony of how difficult, time consuming and yet totally necessary and worthwhile the community in Christ at UrbanPromise is to transform lives. The cheers from the room say it all.
