We had a great time at the Pancakes for Promise event on February 12th! The folks at Applebee’s served up a tasty all-you-can-eat buffet of pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausage, so those who showed up got a good breakfast and also got to spend time enjoying each others’ company.
A special treat were the amazing balloon animals (and swords and hats!) created by Peg Broadwater, which turned out to be enjoyed by more than just the little kids.
About $430 was raised at the event. Thanks to all who participated!
