Saturday morning, 150 people gathered to throw dodgeballs at each other. UPW was proud of and thankful for the 10 teams who entered in the first UPW hosted tournament in 10 years.
The Barn, Ogletown Baptist, Sycamore Hill, Cornerstone Presbyterian, Epiphany, White Clay Creek and many others were in attendance. They were examples of people who see God at work in the City of Wilmington and care about the justice for our youth.
The home team, Ogletown Baptist in orange, came away with the victory!
The Barn took a home the award for having the best sportsmanship and the team from UD lead by Camp Hope Director, Andrew Harrison, won the Bounce Back Award for being 5th seed and placing 2nd.
We are hoping to build the tournament in the future and make a significant impact on the city by supporting UPW. Thank you for everyone that attended and supported, and stay posted for next year’s date!
